I had been experiencing lower right side back pain for a couple of months that was so bad that I was not able to play and experienced constant pain. During that period I saw a Chiropractor, Orthopedic, Acupuncturist, and a Massage Therapist and nothing helped. I had an evaluation with Bob and he developed a program for me and told me that if I would do the exercises on a regular basis that he felt it would solve my back problem. I have been doing the exercises every day for 3 months and not only has my back pain gone away, but it has definitely helped my golf game. It is amazing how much more flexible I am now and how much easier my other daily activities are now.

Thanks for the exercises, Bob. Everything is going great. I’m having a lot more fun with these workouts than I did with my old ones (before seeing you). I like the pace better than doing 3 sets of each exercise, but I still do work in some of my old stuff. I’m getting better at the X-factor stuff. I think it is actually helping me with hitting it further.

I must say things are going very well. I have worked out my routine to every third day with stationary bike 20-30 mins., 2-3 times weekly. I’m playing golf two to three times a week. Bob, since I have been doing the stretching, my hip has not been bothering me nearly as much. We both know what proper exercise can do, and with my arthritis, so much the more.

I am an avid golfer who had a wakeup call a couple of years ago. I had a
chance to play a US Open course & was excited about the opportunity. It
rained the day before & we were forced to walk that day with caddies. I had
not exercised in quite a few years & hadn't walked a golf course in many
years. About two thirds through the round my back was killing me & I was
basically tuckered out & unable to enjoy the experience. After a physical I
learned that my blood pressure & heart rate were above normal & I had gained
weight. I decided I didn't want to have my life style limited by those
issues.
I committed to an exercise program to improve my health & enjoyment of my
favorite game. I signed up with Bob Forman & committed to the program he
developed for me. After two years there has been considerable improvement
in my strength, flexibility and stamina. My resting blood pressure is around
138 over 81 & my heart rate is about 62, acceptable considering my age. I
have lost about 15 pounds & I feel better. I can now walk 18 holes with no
pain. I hope my experience helps someone else make a good decision about
their health.

Fellow Golfers,My experience with Bob Forman’s strength and flexibility program has been so positive that I thought I would share some of the results. Since starting with Bob in March, my ability to twist, turn and reach has improved significantly. That combined with improved muscle tone has resulted in fewer aches and pains, improved posture, and an overall increase in general comfort level. I am swinging the club much better and seeing a significant improvement in distance while swinging with less effort. Also, my scores have improved significantly in recent weeks. As a side benefit, I am a little quicker on the tennis court, but my game is still lousy. I have also lost about five pounds and an inch or two in my waist. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results of my investment in time and money. I encourage each of you to consider meeting with Bob to determine if he can help you as well. Best regards.

Bob,The program has given me 30 more yards down the fairway and I don’t hurt the day after like I used too.

BobThe new exercises are going fine. I want to thank you for motivating me to work on my golf fitness. I am exercising 3 times a week and playing better golf. It's fun to be able to drive the ball up to and past guys who used to outdrive me. Obviously it impressed them since several have now signed up for your program. An added benefit is that my increased time spent on golf fitness has benefited my overall health. I don't have some of the aches and pains I used. And that's not easy for a 60 year old guy to say. Thanks for your help.

Hi Bob,I think I’m doing pretty good. I have added some weights to open-book exercise, and I don’t have the cramps in back of legs that I had. I really feel like I have some added mobility in my upper body and guess what?? I shot 100 at Sourwood Forest last week. Something’s working. Thanks!!

Hard to keep up with everything with my schedule, but I’m doing a good job of making sure I do the key ones we spoke about. Not sure if that made a difference yet, but I wanted to relay that I shot the best round of my life a weekend ago – 67 from the mixed tees at Oak Hollow!!
