WRIST EXTENSION


WRIST FLEXION


WRIST ROTATION
Rest forearms on legs or shelf with palms down and light weight in each hand. Slowly alternate flexing and extending the wrists, while not moving the forearms.
Flexion is done the same way only with palms up. Extension, for most, is tougher to do.
Rotation is accomplished by alternating between palms up and palms down while forearms rest on shelve/thighs. Breathe normally!
