Tricep Press

The triceps are one of the four upper body muscle groups active during the golf swing and should be included in the golf fitness training program.
How To: Wrap an exercise tube or band around a secure structure up overhead or anchor on the top of a door. If using a tube, grab each end just above the handles; if a band, wrap once or twice around each hand. Get yourself into a golf stance with elbows tucked into your side and hands in front of your face. As you exhale, slowly extend just the hands down toward the thighs till arms are fully extended, and then slowly return to the starting position. Don’t let the elbows leave your side during any part of the exercise! Do 15 to 20 repetitions. Make sure the back doesn’t arch while doing the exercise.
